Using the numbers listed above.
1) Periodically remove #13-aerator & 14 sprayer and soak them in a vinegar and water solution 30% vinegar, for about 10 – 15 minuets. This will clear any buildup inside the pieces and not ruin the finish.
2) Once or twice a year (or more, depending on the water quality), remove the cartridge #6 and also soak it in the vinegar water mix for about 10 – 15 minutes.
3) Once or twice a year, for extreme cases, remove the spout assembly #1 and clean out the interior by removing the diverter #2 and flushing out the interior.
