How to remove Abigail handle?

For Kitchen,  Single Handle and Two Handle Centerset Lavatory Faucets: 
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
  2. Unscrew the set screw (part #2) by applying Philips or flat screwdriver, counter-clockwise.
  3. Unscrew the lever handle (part #3) from the handle canopy (part #4).
 
 
For Widespread Lavatory and Roman Tub Faucets :
 
 
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
  2. Unscrew the set screw (part #3) by applying Philips or flat screwdriver, counter-clockwise.
  3. Turn the canopy (part #4) counter-clockwise by hand to be separated from the handle trim ring. (part # 5).
 
For Showers
 
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
  2. Unscrew the set screw (part #3) by applying Philips or flat screwdriver, counter-clockwise.
  3. Unscrew the lever handle (part #3) from the handle canopy (part #4).
