How to remove Brianne handle?

For Kitchen, Lavatory, and Roman Tub faucets 
 
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
  2. Unscrew the set screw (part #2) by applying Philips or flat screwdriver, counter-clockwise.
  3. Then pull off the handle assembly  (part #3)
 
For Shower
 
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
  2. Unscrew the set screw (part #2) by applying Philips or flat screwdriver, counter-clockwise.
  3. Then pull off the handle assembly  (part #3)
