How to remove Como handle?

Pull out the rubber button (part #1) by hand. It will pop up.
Use a hex wrench (part #4) to unscrew the set screw (part #2).
The hex wrench is 2.5 mm head or 1/8"
Then pull out the main handle (part #3). If still hard to be pulled away, loosen the set screw again.
