How to remove Daylene handle?

For Kitchen Faucets

Pull out the rubber button (part #1), it will pop up.
Use a hex wrench (part #3) to unscrew counter-clockwise to loosen the set screw (part #2).
The hex wrench is 2.5mm head or 1/8".
Then pull out the handle (Part #4).
If still hard to be pulled away, then loosened the set screw again.
