How to remove Sheridan handle?

Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
Unscrew the set screw (part #2) by applying Philips or a flat-head screwdriver counter-clockwise.
Unscrew the lever handle (part #3) from the handle canopy (part #4).
Turn the handle canopy (part #4) counter-clockwise by hand to separate it from the handle trim ring. (part # 5).
