For Single Handle Lavatory:
- Pull out the rubber button located under the faucet handle (part #1).
- Use a hex wrench (part #3) to unscrew counter-clockwise to remove the set screw (part #2).
The hex wrench is 2.5 mm head or 1/8". - Then pull off the complete handle assembly (part # 4).
- To remove the lever (part # 3), hold the complete handle assembly in your hand and turn it upside down. Remove the set screw (part # 5) using a screwdriver.
For Showers :
- Rotate the cap (part # 1) counter-clockwise. Verify if there is a screw. If there is one, then remove the screw. If there is no set screw, proceed to step 2.
- Rotate the handle assembly (part # 4) counter-clockwise to remove.
- Remove the locknut (part # 9) with an adjustable wrench.
To remove the lever (part # 2) from the handle assembly (part # 4):
Once you have removed the handle assembly (part # 4) from the valve, turn it upside down and remove the screw (part # 8) with a Phillips or flat-head screwdriver.
