How to remove Cape Anne handle?

Unscrew the handle cap (part #1) counter-clockwise by hand and pull it up.
Unscrew the handle screw (part #2) counter-clockwise using Phillips or a flat screwdriver.
Pull up the handle lever (part #3).
Unscrew the handle canopy (part #4) counter-clockwise by hand.
