The Mounting Hardware For My Toilet Seat Is Damaged

Toilet seats are installed on a toilet and held in place with  seat bolts or seat mounting kits. If the seat bolts or seat mounting kits have become damaged or defective, they may need to be replaced.

Some toilets come with a toilet seat as a complete combo package, and others do not include a toilet seat. Different toilet seats may use different types and sizes of seat bolts or seat mounting kits. To find a corresponding replacement seat bolt or seat mounting kit, you must first identify your toilet model number and confirm whether your toilet comes with a toilet seat as a complete package. If your toilet does not come with a toilet seat as a complete combo package, you will need to first find out the brand and the model number of the toilet seat.
