How to install a Gerber Bidet?

Shut off the main water supply before installation.

1. INSTALL SPRAY ASSEMBLY: Remove large rubber washer, brass washer, nut and back flow prevention assembly.
   
2. Place a ring of putty under the flange of the spray head. Insert spray from top through hole, install large rubber washer, brass washer and tighten to fixture with nut. Reinstall the backflow preventer and tighten securely. Install the hose onto the backflow preventer.
   
   
   
3. INSTALL POP-UP DRAIN:
   
4. INSTALL DIVERTER ASSEMBLY: adapter, brass washer, large rubber washer, and nut from the diverter handle body.
   
   
   
5. Place the diverter body in the center hole of the sink, and install the rubber washer and brass washer and tighten to the fixture with the nut. Reinstall with the adapter and Y adapter. The Y adapter should be aligned when tightened.
   
   
   
   
6. Attach the other end of the hose from the Spray head to the short diverter discharge fitting.
   
   
   
7. Apply pipe rope on the threaded end of the hose. Install the hose into the bottom of the valve body, tighten securely.
   
   
   
8. INSTALL HOT AND COLD VALVES TO FIXTURE: Place the handle body through the hole. Reassemble the rubber washer, metal washer and lock nut.
   
   
   
9. Connect the other end of the hose to the Y adapter at the bottom of the diverter body. Tighten securely.
   
10. Tighten the valve body to the fixture using screws on the tightening lock nut.
    
    
    
11. Apply pipe tape on the thread of the inlet port.
    
12. CONNECT WATER SUPPLY TUBES TO FAUCET: Tighten end of shank with wrench and slip coupling nut on inlet port.
    
    
    
13. INSTALL LIFT ROD: . Remove aerator from spray assembly, Hush system and check for leaks. Reinstall the aerator after the Hushing system.
